With the heating elements installed around the edge of the vat, you’ll get an evenly cooked chicken. The elements ensure a constant temperature in the vat, thus stopping the oil from penetrating the inside of the chicken.

At the bottom of the vat of our deep fryer, a cold zone traps residues and keeps them away from the heating elements during the cooking process. You get increased oil quality and longevity, and that means savings in operating costs and a better finished product.
